Hi, I’m Andrew, owner of Pellak Construction. I first laid hands on a tool when I was 10, helping my dad on various remodeling projects around town. Seeing the end result started a fire in me, so after getting my degree in construction technology, I set out to continue dad’s legacy.
Remodeling an older home rarely gets the same attention and craftsmanship as new homes do, and we want to change that.

We remodeled our first floor (living room, kitchen, mud/laundry/office area, powder room), our master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-through closet, turned an office into a kid’s bathroom, and finished our basement. They also freshened up our screened-in porch and front door.
We LOVE our new space! The process was smooth and this was a large project. We met weekly with the office team to ensure a seamless transition from design to demo to reno. Having a designer to work with was a must for me, and a huge help. They patiently turned my Pinterest pins into reality.

Also going by Drew, I can be found on every job site where I provide my knowledge and expertise so reach remodel runs efficiently. As owner, founder, and project manager, it’s my responsibility to make sure our team and our job sites are kept up to the high standards Pellak Construction sets forth.
Andy Pellak
Co-Founder, Manager
My father Andy is the co-founder and owner of A.M. Pellak Construction. After running successful businesses for decades, he helped get our company off the ground with hands-on love for construction and knowledge in all things management. Andy makes sure our vendors and suppliers are held to the same high level of quality.
Bryan Pellak
VP Of Business Development
My brother, Bryan will be one of the first faces you meet. As our Vice President, Bryan oversees business development, handles day-to-day responsibilities, and guides our customers through the initial stages of their project.

Lead Designer
Amanda is a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a certificate in Kitchen Design from the Art Institute Of Philadelphia. Gifted in connecting with you, she listens to your needs to design a space where every detail is both unique and functional. With her artistic ingenuity and quality-focused knowledge, there’s no idea too bold for your space.

Lead Carpenter
Chris is our lead carpenter and has been with Pellak Construction for more than five years. He has the talent to solve problems and keep your project on time and budget creatively. Chris can envision the entire job process and has an eye for detail and precision. He uses his leadership skills to collaborate and run his crew efficiently.

Andy and his crew performed a kitchen remodel for my family in Springfield, PA. Andy really guides you through the design process and makes sure your vision becomes a reality. The construction process went very smoothly.
The crew made sure that the dust and debris created during demolition and construction did not creep into the other rooms in our house.
Also, at the end of every work day, the kitchen was cleaned up. There were never any loose nails to worry about stepping on. The final touches on the kitchen were very well done, from fine lines on the paint job to tight joints on crown molding, the attention to detail well exceeded our expectations.
