We had a wonderful experience using the Pellak Construction team. We renovated our kitchen/ family room/dining room area to create an open floor plan. In addition, we installed a new patio, siding and windows throughout the entire house.

Who creates my design?

Our lead designer, Amanda Gouse, with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a certificate in Kitchen Design, will personally create your design. Amanda excels in understanding your needs, combining artistic ingenuity with functional considerations to deliver a unique and personalized space.

Can I see material samples?

Certainly! We invite you to visit our showroom on Saxer Avenue, where you can meet us in person and gain inspiration for your upcoming remodel. Explore samples of cabinets, countertops, tiles, hardware, and more, allowing you to visualize and make informed choices for your renovation. Our experienced designer will be there to assist you throughout the process.

What if I want to make changes during the renovation?

Minor changes during the project can usually be accommodated without major disruptions. These may include adjustments to lighting, paint colors, and other similar details. However, significant changes such as altering cabinets, countertops, flooring types, or layout configurations may impact the schedule and budget. We strive to minimize changes by thoroughly addressing them during the design phase, providing detailed floor plans and 3D layouts.

Can I buy the design alone from you?

Absolutely! Even if you decide to work with another contractor, we are more than happy to provide you with a spot-on design that ensures a stress-free remodeling process. Contact us at your earliest convenience to express your interest in obtaining the design alone.

Who handles the permits?

Andy and his crew performed a kitchen remodel for my family in Springfield, PA. Andy really guides you through the design process and makes sure your vision becomes a reality. The construction process went very smoothly.

The crew made sure that the dust and debris created during demolition and construction did not creep into the other rooms in our house.

Also, at the end of every work day, the kitchen was cleaned up. There were never any loose nails to worry about stepping on. The final touches on the kitchen were very well done, from fine lines on the paint job to tight joints on crown molding, the attention to detail well exceeded our expectations.

During the pandemic it became very noticeable that our house needed updating. I turned to the Facebook community and watched the recommendations as people asked for advice on various home needs. Pellak Construction came highly recommended over and over again.

I am certainly glad I did! I LOVE my new bathroom. We even had a designer change mid way through the project but that was a seamless transition.The detail to keeping my home and the work space cleanwas very impressive. The workers were pleasant and courteous. Both Drew and Andy were at the site on a regular basis. They kept me informed as each part of the project was getting started and completed. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

I can hardly believe it is my bathroom. It may sound weird that someone can love a bathroom space but I DO! I have future plans to renovate my kitchen and they will be the company I call! Thank you Drew and crew for making my dreams a reality.
