The cost for home remodeling depends greatly on the scope of work, the type of rooms you are remodeling, and the finishes you choose. Some single room remodels can be as low as $20k while a 2,000 square foot whole home remodel can be several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
All of our projects are completed by our team of in-house craftsmen as well as our long standing team of trade partners, so your project is in good hands.
Depending on the size and complexity, we usually recommend moving out while remodeling, if possible. There are many factors that determine this, but some include: plumbing and electrical changes, interior wall reconfigurations, working on multiple floors of the home, etc.
Unless you are doing just flooring and paint, most home remodels require a permit to be obtained. Rest assured as we’re handling all permits and paperwork for you.
Smaller home remodeling projects can be completed within a few weeks. Medium to larger-sized projects, generally take a few months to complete.
For most of our projects, the design work is done by our team. However, we have completed projects in the past that are designed by outside architects and interior designers that our clients have worked with prior and would like to continue working with.
A Pricing Guideline For Your Home Remodel
334 ft² Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation in Wynnewood
This project included:
- inset cabinetry
- under cabinet lighting
- marble bathroom with marble wainscoting
- oak hardwood floors
- walk-in pantry
- custom appliance panels
The project was quoted at $152k, where the cabinetry alone wast $35k.
3000 ft² Home Renovation in Glenside
This project included:
- adding 2 bedrooms and a primary suite to 2nd floor
- adding 1st floor in-laws suite with double sinks and travertine tiled shower
- double-sided gas fireplace in primary bedroom
- full kitchen remodel with wine tasting area and hand hammered copper sink
- paint and hardwood upgrades throughout
- full exterior siding and roofing upgrade
The project was quoted at $575k, where the kitchen alone came in at $135k.
1750 ft² Renovation in Havertown
This home renovation project included:
- finished basement with barndoors and outside entrance
- first floor flex space for mudroom, pantry, and laundry storage
- additional bathroom on 2nd floor
- small kitchen and dining room replaced by large eat-in kitchen
- wood burning insert in fireplace with custom floating shelving wall with shiplap
- custom built-in desk, book case and mudroom lockers
The project was quoted at $240k, where the kitchen upgrade alone came in at $75k.
