The crew made sure that the dust and debris created during demolition and construction did not creep into the other rooms in our house. Also, at the end of every work day, the kitchen was cleaned up. There were never any loose nails to worry about stepping on. The final touches on the kitchen were very well done, from fine lines on the paint job to tight joints on crown molding, the attention to detail well exceeded our expectations. 200 ft² Kitchen Remodel In Springfield
Our client in Springfield wanted to renovate his kitchen and add a white shaker cabinet, a new quartz countertop, a stainless steel apron front sink, and a top-notch herringbone backsplash.
We also redid the floors with low-maintenance LVP and added additional windows to the space.
The project was quoted at $65k, where the most expensive items were the cabinets and countertops, at $17k.
500 ft² Kitchen Remodel In Springfield
For this Springfield kitchen remodel project, we replaced the existing flooring from the kitchen to the entire 1st floor with white oak engineered wood. The kitchen got new quartz countertops as well as a marble backsplash.
We also installed under-cabinet lighting, luxe gold hardware and faucets, and a white porcelain apron front sink.
The project was quoted at $90k, where the cabinets and quartz countertops alone came in at $22k.
300 ft² Kitchen Remodel In Villanova
Our client in Villanova wanted a high-end kitchen remodel, so white oak flooring throughout the kitchen and family room was a must.
Besides a custom built-in pantry, all cabinets were custom-made, with inset doors and drawers and a matte white finish.
Cle handmade backsplash tile for the accent, unlacquered brass hardware, and under cabinet lighting were some of the upgrades that we loved about this project.
The project was quoted at $189k, where the custom cabinets and countertops alone came in at $65k.

The Pellak Team renovated most of our home! This included our first floor (living room, kitchen, mud/laundry/office area, powder room), our master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-through closet, turned an office into a kid’s bathroom, and finished our basement. They also freshened up our screened-in porch and front door.
We LOVE our new space! The process was smooth and this was a large project. We met weekly with the office team to ensure a seamless transition from design to demo to reno. Having a designer to work with was a must for me, and a huge help. They patiently turned my Pinterest pins into reality.
Once we transitioned into the field, Drew was on top of the details on a daily basis. His team even installed a new sump pump mid rainstorm when ours stopped working! They really go above and beyond! The team’s carpentry skills are impeccable and added so much character to our home.

Bathroom Remodel Case Studies
64 ft² Bathroom Remodel In Havertown
This bathroom remodel in Havertown wasn’t big, but our client loved every inch of it.
After building a custom niche, there came the shower with frameless glass doors and a shower bench seat. Tile wainscoting for the walls and quartz countertops throughout the space brought a cohesive look.
The matte black fixtures added a bit of contrast and a modern touch to this bathroom remodel.
The project was quoted at $46k, where fixtures, tile, and glass doors alone came in at $15k.
185 ft² Bathroom Remodel In Marple
This bathroom remodel project in Marple included a claw foot freestanding tub, a water closet room for the toilet, and a built-in makeup table.
The space was generous but the style didn’t match the client’s preferences anymore, so replacing the beige tile with new white marble tile changed the look completely.
For the shower, we installed frameless shower doors with gray tile shower wall.
The project was quoted at $57k, where the marble tile and plumbing came in at $17k.
175 ft² Bathroom Remodel In Springfield
One of the first things our client in Springfield wanted to change in their bathroom was the small shower. So we started with a large his & hers shower with frameless shower doors and tile wainscoting.
The rest of the bathroom got a simple look with a lot of contrast from the decorative tile. Double sinks, a freestanding tub, and matte black fixtures completed the look.
The project was quoted at $64k, where the tile, fixtures, vanity, and glass alone were $20k.

334 ft² Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel in Wynnewood
Our client in Wynnewood wanted to remodel both their kitchen and their bath, so we started with replacing their current floors with oak hardwood floors. For the kitchen, a custom walk-in pantry was a must, besides the custom cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, and custom appliance panels.
For the bathroom they went with a marble tile and countertop selection.
The project was quoted at $152k, where the cabinetry alone was $35k.
3000 ft² Home Remodeling in Glenside
Our client in Glenside needed to expand their living space. For this home remodeling project, we added 2 bedrooms and a primary suite on the second floor.
The primary bedroom got a double-sided gas fireplace, while the kitchen was remodeled to include a wine tasting area.
We also added a 1st-floor in-laws suite, where the bathroom was equipped with double sinks and travertine tiled shower. For the exterior, we did a full siding and roofing upgrade.
The project was quoted at $575k, where the kitchen alone came in at $135k.
1750 ft² Home Remodel in Havertown
This remodeling project in Havertown included a finished basement with barn doors and an outside entrance, a first-floor flex space for mudroom, pantry, and laundry room, and an additional bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The small kitchen and dining room space were upgraded to a large eat-in kitchen where the whole family can sit. In the living room, the client wanted a wood-burning fireplace which we adorned with custom floating shelving for more decorative space.
The project was quoted at $240k, where the kitchen remodel alone came in at $75k.

Home Additions Case Studies
240 ft² Home Addition With Outdoor Living Space
For this addition project, our client needed an office space. besides a 2nd story home office, we also added a laundry room, and a 1st floor 450 ft² outdoor living space.
The outdoor living space got an outdoor gas fireplace, a blue stone patio, and an outdoor home theater system with surround sound.
The project was quoted at $150k, where the blue stone patio, gas fireplace, and surround sound alone were $50k.
720 ft² Home Addition And Renovation
This addition and renovation project in Springfield included a 720 ft² of living space added with an additional full basement for Billiards room, as well as a primary suite added to the 2nd floor. The suite got a separate bathroom with a large marble shower, cast iron claw foot tub, and his and hers closets.
We also created a 2nd-floor laundry room, a home office, we installed custom closet organizers in all bedrooms, new ¾” oak hardwood flooring with mahogany inlays, and a stucco exterior to match the existing house.
The project was quoted at $340k, where $60k were spent only on the exterior finishes for blending the existing house with the addition.
1,025 ft² Addition with full finished basement
We started this home addition with a new primary suite with a marble bathroom, his and hers walk-in closets, and cathedral bedrooms ceiling with exposed beams. For the the hallway and powder room, the client chose shiplap walls, and there’s also a home gym in the basement.
We also added a custom-built walk-in pantry, added dimmable LED recessed lighting throughout, and completely upgraded the exterior siding and roofing.
The project was quoted at $335k, where the custom-built pantry, dry bar, desks, and closet organizers came in at $75k.
